EXPERIENCE DANCING

The May 1st sign up deadline is fast approaching. If you have a questions or concerns, now is the time to ask! We are very excited to already have almost 100 TTP dance community members traveling with us! This is will our biggest travel experience ever and we are SO EXCITED! 

A few FAQ's for you while you are still deciding:

1. May we add additional hotel nights & park passes? Yes, you may add days & passes to your stay. We can quote you a price asap.

2. Can we stay for a shorter duration than what was proposed? No, you cannot stay shorter than the proposed 7 days: April 18th-25th. Our pricing is based on everyone participating in the minimum of what was offered. For the benefit of the group, we cannot make changes to that.

3. Will this be a family vacation or just a studio event? Yes & NO, This is a FAMILY VACATION. You will do as you please for the majority of the vacation. We will only be taking the dancers on the day of the show and on the morning of the workshop, if all goes as planned. Otherwise, you are free to go to whichever parks you wish on any given day besides that one set day of our workshop, since the workshop will be held at one of the parks.

4. When will we find out the itinerary? As soon as our performance and workshop are confirmed, we will send out the information asap. You will have plenty of time to bought dining and other reservations, we will insure that.

5. When do we tell you our travel details? Once we receive your initial form and payment, we will then emailout another form that will give you the opportunity to tell us your room layouts, duration of stay, and any extra passes that you wish to obtain if applicable.This information will guide us in creating your final bill. 

6. When do deposits begin? Once your final bill is created, the first $100 payment per person will be due on June 1st.
