An intensive summer program offering 6 weeks of rigorous, immersive training designed to accelerate technical skill, artistry, and versatility in styles like ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop. Led by TTP professionals, dancers attend technique classes and rehearsals, culminating in a final stage performance showcasing new choreography for family and peers on Saturday, August 22nd, 2027
SUMMER INTENSIVES 2026
Key Program Features
Intensive Training: Weekly classes focused on technique, precision, and artistry,
Diverse Curriculum: Exposure to multiple disciplines such as Ballet, Tap Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Hip-Hop.
Professional Faculty: Instruction from seasoned professionals
Choreography: In addition to technique classes, students participate in daily rehearsals to learn original choreography, developing performance skills.
The Performance Experience
Culminating Showcase: The program concludes with a professional-level, on-stage performance at McVinney Auditorium in Providence RI
Audience Celebration: The final performance is open to family and friends, allowing dancers to celebrate their hard work.
Common Structure & Benefits
Duration: Ranges from 2 hours per week to 6 hours per week.
Levels: Classes are often separated by ability, ranging from Child to Advanced levels.
Atmosphere: A focused, supportive, and exciting atmosphere designed to foster community among passionate dancers.
Skill Development: Improved flexibility, stamina, and the ability to learn choreography quickly.

HIGHLIGHT DANCE:
“K-POP MASH UP”
Classes taught in Ballet & Hip Hop. Dancers will stretch, learn across the floor techniques and choreography while preparing for our Showcase!
A wonderful opportunity for our younger dancers to progress, preparing them for what is to come!
YOUTH INTENSIVE ages 9-13 Mondays 4-7pm Taught by Miss Zoë
HIGHLIGHT DANCE:
“CIRCLE OF LIFE”
Classes taught in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary & Lyrical! Various Barre techniques and choreography will be studied as we prepare for our Showcase!
Dancers in this level may audition for a solo/duet/trio to be performed in the showcase!
INTERMEDIATE INTENSIVE ages 11-16 Mondays 6-8pm & Wednesdays 5-7pm Taught by Miss Lilly
HIGHLIGHT DANCE:
“THRILLER”
Classes taught in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, & Lyrical! Various Barre techniques and choreography will be studied as we prepare for our Showcase!
Dancers in this intensive may audition for a solo/duet/trio to be performed in the Showcase!
ADVANCED INTENSIVE ages 11-16 Tuesdays 7-9pm & Thursdays 6-9pm Taught by Mrs Liz
HIGHLIGHT DANCE:
Advanced classes taught in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary & Lyrical!
Various Barre techniques and choreography will be studied as we prepare for our Showcase!
This level will perform with the Senior Dancers in the show's finale!
Dancers in this level may audition for a solo/duet/trio to be performed in the showcase!
SENIOR INTENSIVE ages 13-18 Tuesdays 6:30-9:30 pm & Thursdays 6-9pm. Taught by Miss Jordan
HIGHLIGHT DANCE:
Advanced classes taught in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary & Lyrical!
Various Barre techniques and choreography will be studied as we prepare for our Showcase!
This level opens the show and performs in the finale, as well as closes act 1.
